You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. If you cancel after 24 hours but before the order ships, a 10% restocking fee applies. If the order has already shipped, cancellations will incur a 30% charge.

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Products not yet shipped are subject to a 10% restocking fee after 24 hours. Shipped or received products are subject to a 30% restocking fee within the 14-day return window. Faulty products that arrived defective will have the restocking fee waived.

We offer a warranty on our products, covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

What if my product is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please send us proof of the damage, and we will send a replacement free of charge. You are responsible for return shipping of the damaged item.
